This is a mindfulness exercise based on breath awareness and present moment awareness. While many people find mindfulness exercises beneficial, they may not be suitable for everyone. If you are new to mindfulness and/or suffer from a mental health condition, please consult your doctor/psychiatrist/psychotherapist to check if mindfulness is appropriate for your condition. Please do not practice this exercise while driving. This exercise is not intended for treatment of any mental health condition, and listening to or practising this exercise does not create a doctor-patient relationship.
